“Sinapis alba”

Yellow Mustard is actually considered to be white.  Prepared mustard is made yellow by the addition of turmeric.  Mustard’s hot and spicy flavor complements many dishes such as fish, meats, and sauces.  It is a common ingredient in pickles, chutneys, and dressings.
