1. How much is in a jar?
We use 4 oz. by volume glass jars. Depending on which product you are interested in, there may be anywhere from .1 oz. to 4 oz. Net Weight of product in a jar. For example, a jar of Fennel Seed contains 1.5 oz. while a jar of Himalayan Salt contains 4 oz.
2. How much is in a bag?
At present we use two sizes of bags to package our Chiles. Bags are used as opposed to jars due to the bulky nature of many of these products. These are a 4 mil resealable bag and are very durable. Larger quantities of our Culinary Blends, Salts, Herbs and Spices will also be bagged.
3. Do you sell your products in larger amounts?
Yes we do. Please contact us with a list of which items  you wish to purchase and quantities of each along with a shipping address and we will reply with an invoice.
4. Do you sell wholesale?
Yes we do. Please contact us with your business name and address, a day time phone number, and the items you are interested in and we will be glad to get in touch with you.
5. How does shipping work?
As our business grows, one of our primary concerns is the cost of shipping. We strive to keep the prices of our products low, we cannot afford to absorb the cost of shipping. We also have no control over the U.S. Postal Service or the rates that shipping companies charge.
6. Can I place an order for pick-up?
If you wish to place an order for pick-up at one of the farmers markets we participate in, please contact us with a list of items you wish to purchase and the date you will be at the farmers market and we will have your items ready for you. Â We do require 48 hrs advance notice. You may pay with Cash, Check, or Credit at the market.
7. On the Checkout Page it won’t let me change the State in the “Ship Details” section.
Under the Heading “Calculate Shipping Price, Choose the state that you would like your order shipped to from the drop down menu. The software will populate the “State” field in the “Shipping Details” section.
8. What if I don’t have a PayPal account?
Please feel free to email us your order at orders@gryffonridge.com and one of our team will give you a call to collect your credit card information.
SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY
- ALL packages are shipped USPS Priority or FedEx to ensure they arrive quickly. If you need faster service, we do have a Next Day Delivery option available (Please contact us directly for rates).
- Jar orders ship out within 72 hours of being placed, unless you order on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday, in which case your order maybe shipped on Monday or Tuesday. Culinary Bulk order will ship out within 5 working day.
- Please review your shipping address carefully and make sure everything is correct. It’s important to let the gift recipient know it’s on the way, to make sure they’ll be in town on delivery day.Â
Important notes:
- We ship via USPS/FedEx and do not require a signature for delivery. USPS will leave the package at the recipient’s address.
- Gryffon Ridge Inc. cannot be responsible for damage to unclaimed gifts or incorrect address information. Please ensure your recipient will be in town on the arrival day.
- Gryffon Ridge Inc. cannot intercept and redirect packages once they have shipped.
- Gryffon Ridge Inc. is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost once Gryffon Ridge Inc, has delivery confirmation.
