This is pure ground habaneros.   Not quite as extreme as the mighty Ghost Pepper, but it has a lingering intense heat that lets your tongue and lips know that you might have just made a mistake. With its fruity and sometimes floral flavor, it pairs well with salsas, ceviche, fruit, seafood and is an excellent addition to homemade barbecue sauces and rubs.
