About Gryffon Ridge Spice Merchants

Gryffon Ridge Inc. was started in 2009 with our first Farmers Market in Brunswick, Maine. We had 12 handcrafted blends, a handful of herbs, spices and gourmet salts. We have come a long way since that first market and we are continuing to grow.

We have always been a privately owned corporation and our owner is on hand daily to ensure that every step of our production and customer service is held to the highest standards.

Our Culinary Blends are handcrafted in small batches according to recipes that were developed and tested over the years. We do not use stabilizers, anti-caking agents, fillers, or artificial ingredients of any kind and several of our blends are salt-free.

While the majority of our products are made with certified organic ingredients, there are some items that are not yet available organically. In these cases, we strive to acquire only the best quality the market offers. Gryffon Ridge is the only certified organic spice company in Maine and one of the highest-quality organic vendors in New England.
