      We find that the dynamic, old world flavor is well suited for the cold New England climate. Inspired by a wonderful old stew recipe, this spice blend of smoky paprika, onion, garlic, caraway, allspice, thyme, marjoram, mushroom, cayenne, pepper and bay leaf.  Add it to stews and soups, or use it as a rub for pork, beef and game meat.
