Seeing as the County Seat for Lincoln County used to be right down the road, we thought this would be a fitting tribute to our governmental forefathers.  Plus the name just sounds cool.  Use this blend with extra virgin olive oil for dipping or marinating, add to burgers or meatloaf, or try as a seasoning for roasted or sauteed vegetables.
