Blackening Seasoning ~ Certified Organic

To pan-blacken fish, chicken, pork, or beef, heat a heavy skillet over high heat. Brush your food with oil and thickly encrust it with Blackening Seasoning mixed with salt to taste. Pan fry for 1-2 minutes per side or until desired done-ness is reached.
